Early Access Review
I have (at the time of writing) 135 hours played, I got it at 8,79€ on sale. Has to be one of the cheapest 100+ hours of entertainment I've had, the new price is also very reasonable.
Solo can be punishing, co-op is easier with revives. The balance is sometimes funny, a lot of it is based on RNG, as it is a roguelite.
Overall it is fun, and I cannot wait to see the 1.0 full release (which is tomorrow at the time of writing).

Possibly the best of the new RPG-style Assassins Creed, gripped me more than Valhalla.

A good story with good gameplay. Small bugs here and there that didn't bother gameplay at all.

Well, where do I start?
The horrible netcode and network performance?
It's very common to get shot around walls or covers, because the other player had a bad ping. In general, because of this, there's no point in trying to get to cover. Your only chance is to instantly aim at the enemy and one-tap him. Which leads me to the next point.
Cheaters.
There's way too many of them. Maybe due to asia? Why isn't something being done about this? Beats me. Something else they've pretty much ignored is...
Performance.
The issues are plenty, low fps, bad anti-alias but still low FPS. The settings don't seem to affect performance or cpu or gpu utilization at all.

The game itself is kind of fun. It's a good concept but terrible execution.
Cannot recommend before issues are fixed.

At it's current state I cannot recommend the game. It's fun, but has too many issues, a lot of which revolve around it feeling like a bad console port.

My biggest problems:
1. Mouse lag in aiming and menus. It takes a swift movement of the mouse or clicking once or twice to get the mouse moving, which in-game is a problem as enemies will often run up to you before you even get the mouse working. I have tried disabling controller settings and such without any effect, so it's probably a remnant of console porting. PC players prefer the mouse (to keyboard aiming) and they prefer that it works.
2. The map. Dragging on the map to move it should be a thing, edge scrolling seems so very clumsy and since we have a mouse why don't A and D move the view and not the cursor? Console port issue again.
3. Crafting menu/inventory scrolling. Putting the mouse to the bottom or top part scrolls the menu/inventory up or down, most PC mice have an amazing feature for this, it's not exactly revolutionary: the scroll wheel. (The scroll wheel works, but the top/bottom scrolling is also enabled and switching is clunky.) Once more feels like a bad console port.

So clunkiness of UIs and aiming are my biggest issues, I haven't seen many bugs yet.
I can't remember any of these issues in The Stick of Truth.
Personally I don't mind Uplay, but I do understand why it may be an issue to some people, so be aware of that before buying.
(I haven't yet beaten the game, more issues may turn up as I get further.)

This game has potential, if it is made to feel like an actual PC game.

Absolutely an excellent piece of gaming history! Great leveling/powering up system, great gameplay, deep story and characters, one negative is A.I. and its simplicity/stupidity.

An absolute masterpiece, would recommend.

P.S. owned a non steam version before, and thus so little hours.
