Pretty cool Cyber style skins, reasonably cheap and the game itself is free, so nice way to support the developer and say thanks if you enjoy the game.

Early Access Review
Fun MOBA-lite brawler, pretty fast paced and skill based
Very easy to pickup and learn the basics of, choice of heroes might seem intimidating at first but they all play in fun unique ways
Suprising number of people still play it and has a nice friendly community on Discord that help newcomers

I'd recommend it if you're after an oldschool RTS and your expectations aren't too high.
It also has cards, so at less than $1, how can you refuse?!

Starting with the bad:
There's no voice dialogue, not even for unit selection, instead selecting infantry you just hear a gun cocking sound, but dying soldiers do at-least have a death sound.
The cutscenes camera movement is jerky as hell.
There's no vsync ingame and even trying to force it on doesn't seem to work.
Others seem unable to launch the game or have bad performance. (but hey steam refund?)

Two factions, Russia and China.
Strange selection of units, both factions have similarities, but the stats aren't 1:1 even for similar units.
Then there is the unique units per faction, like China getting Rocket-launcher infantry, flame tank, while Russia doesn't, as some examples.
Infantry comes in squads, they can be healed, but if a soldier in the squad dies, he can't be replaced.
There's repair truck and ambulance for both factions.

There's a campaign with 14 missions as Russia, there's no Chinese campaign.
Skirmish is just 1v1 on a choice of four different maps, you can play as either Russia or China.
There is also IP/TCP multiplayer with 1v1 and a choice of those four different maps, I haven't tried Multiplayer to know wether it works and what ports are needed.

TL;DR, PLAY IT FOR DA CARDS, because steam is all about cards, not games.

Completed this madness..

The good?:
Varied gameplay.. shoot 'em up, platformer, bullet hell..
It's short, only 4 levels
No hand holding which confuses CoD simpletons
Retro Graphics
Respawn after dying
has cards

The bad:
The story (I didn't bother to follow much of it, from what I did, was pretty bad)
The cut-scene acting
Simple gameplay
Lack of options
Lack of any way to save/load
Possible sickening effects on level 3/4
Some of the other graphics
The Music
The end screen just says "THE END" and plays some bad music, was hoping for something more..

The first level requires you collect enough faith that equals to the Chasm, before you run out of fuel and bullets(DMT), you can collect more of-course, destroying asteroids and collecting bibles increases faith, being damaged, especially by that monster thing, reduces faith.

Second level I just pretended I was a Sister of Battle, charging in on a warp engine to purify Chaos, but obviously by Level 3, I was becoming consumed, but the God Emperor of Mankind saved me! Then on level 4 is some beast of Slaanesh as a Boss level..
And the game ends, hurray!

I think the developers made it $5, but really free through a massive giveaway, because people are more inclined to download/play something that has 'value', when really it doesn't, also probably because free games can't have cards?
