Epic story with satisfying action combat. Platforming is a bit simple and enemy variety / kill animation are reused throughout but is largely overshadowed by how well done the game is.

Tons of different builds to run with difficult boss fights and puzzles that actually make you think.

Lots of depth.

Game play not for everybody and takes a couple chapters to pick up but manages to keep you engaged with an amazing story. My only gripe with it is that the exposition could of been spread out between the middle and end instead of it being so back loaded.

With a creator that isn't afraid to take a different approach than the rest of the industry, I'm looking forward to what he can bring in DS2.

SO many things to do.
