Great fun, not super scary after the first few rounds, could use a bit more jump scares and louder audio for the monsters.

The "emoji" thing is a super weird design choice that does not really sell the game well, I would do a redesign of that since its early access.

at least half of this game is just full of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to make it longer. First few levels were fun but then it gets extremely repetitive and stretched thin. The devs really went for quantity over quality with this one.

Does not look good enough to justify this poor performance.

The devs expect you to run it at a 50% resolution and upscale to get a playable framerate. Kind of laughable on a tittle this big.

Feels a bit shallow, many features are rather lackluster, performance is kinda bad even on the lowest possible settings. I would wait for a while before buying.

Even after all this time the core game really screams "we ran out of time and money". Sure, the world is beautiful but the actual gameplay elements and content other than the story really feels like it was rushed or ran into huge problems during development. What is left is a cool story set in an huge cool looking city with very little to actually make you explore the city.

Like, for example, comparing the police system to what we had

at launch: Police officers would spawn behind you in dumb places, they wouldnt chase you at all

now: Police DRONES spawn near you and they wont chase you. That was the fix to the insanely boring crime system after so much more time?

I have never felt like writing a negative review before.

60% of games either never even start (having to sit in queue for 10s of minutes before even getting to play) or they just crash before they end (program not responding just as you are about to win).

30% of the online games are horribly laggy, like 2 second freezes every 5 seconds.

4v4 has not once been playable and is always laggy, or someone always crashes or drops at some point of the match.

Would not recommend this until they fix these horrible technical issues.

edit. as of now the game seems to be at a more stable stage. Some online matches still laggier than others but havent had any crashing lately.
