Watch your own replays - yes, sure, fine, you're better than me but you need to figure out your game sense. Of course I don't get many points when you try to involve yourself in every single play and take balls away from your teammates. So yeah, eff of and have a nice day. Try to mix up your training routine and always try new things, if you get comfortable doing the same things over and over again it's not going to help you improve. Also you say you've been doing 1 hr deathmatch and 1k kills on aimbotz, but on each one of them are you keeping a track of any metric that helps you track progress over time and how your aim is improving? Just mindlessly killing bots won't do you much good.

Have you tried the yprac maps? Train on prefire and utilities(nades) over there.

training_aim_csgo2 is good for aim practice and getting better at flicks. Make the size of the target 8R or lower. Classic and intensive fast aiming are the modes you want to use there. Whenever you start getting comfortable reduce the duration and delay.
