Early Access Review
Subnautica: Below Zero delivers a fantastic sci-fi survival experience with strong exploration and story elements.
Even in this early release, it's in a very playable state with most of the art and game mechanics in place from what I've seen so far. If you've played the original Subnautica, you'll recognize the majority of the crafting progression, but you'll find a refreshing number of changes and additions to keep things interesting.
For any new players looking at jumping in on this title, you won't be missing any really important story details by playing this first; however, Sub Zero's story is in the midst of being reworked and completed at the time of writing. If you'd rather catch the installment once that's complete, go ahead and grab a copy of the original while you wait, it's definitely worth you money if you're a fan of the genre, just as I'm sure Sub Zero will be upon release!

TL;DR: Great game if you want to mix it up with something a little more relaxed in the sci-fi genre, and an -amazing- game if you suffer from wanderlust.

At it's core, No Man's Sky is all about exploration. Yes, there's lots of other features on top of it, but you will find the core game loop returning to exploration for a majority of the game.
That being said, the wide variety of activities that have been built into the game allows you to change up your playstyle often enough to keep things fresh for a long while.
You want a story, base building, or ship combat? It's all there. The extras don't outshine every other game that specializes in them, but as enhancments to the core game they're up to par.

The multiplayer works really well. I can join my friend's game, no matter where either of us are in the universe. If he logs out, I don't have to leave the area and he can join me to continue playing later.
Returning to where I was before join is as simple as docking in the localstation and utilizing the teleporter.

Finally, the time-limited content Hello Games has been publishing has definately added alot of excitement. They add a little story, give you a task you can usually complete within an hour, and offer rewards.

Definately reccomend for all fans of sci-fi, and even just any explorer out there!

This *looks* like a fantastic game, but after about an hour of troubleshooting with 3 different controllers I still can't get ANY input to work and I cannot play because there's no way to send any input to the game.
If and when the developers fix the issue, I'll probably try again.

7/10
It's a decent $3 game.

Loot Hero is a fun little game with about 10 - 20 minutes of gamplay, maybe an hour or two if you want to go completionist.
It consists of 9 levels which repeat while increasing in difficulty each loop.
The gameplay itself is simple, run through your enemies, buy upgrades, and don't take too much damage. That's it.
As for graphics, the character sprites and backgrounds are well done.
The soundtrack is catchy, but ultimately repetitive.

I'd really liked to have seen a few more levels to reduce the amount of repetition in the content, and each level's music could have been a little longer to reduce how often it loops.
