After lots of patches -
Pros:
shooting mechanics
story final boss fight
replayability in expeditions

Cons:
Level design is lazy, one path with a branch with a crate - every level follows this same schematic
Story is just bad
Dialogues are terrible
No variety of enemies, same human and humanoid types of enemies, slightly different textures, same for non humanoid ones
Audio issues in cutscenes and in game

Made me look for squirrel keyring and a dumbell called arnold for half an hour

Seriously tho, this port is really bad. Had a crash on start that could only be fixed be reinstalling physics installer in the game files.
Then, without durantes mod, the game is fixed at 720p and no graphical options whasoever.
The voice actings is terrible, and even in 1080p with mod added aa, ssao, af, dof and textures it looks bad.
The controls are clunky, especially shooting and driving.
Animations are poor.

But, there is something about this game that still makes it quite fun,

Recommend? Sure, but only with durantes dpfix

If you like Stalker and Halflife this game will satisy your needs.
