Absolutely in love with this game!
I have spent over 250 hours on this game and I still can't stop playing it!

This is the best HD-2D JRPG game I've ever played, in my opinion. The stories of these 8 characters are heart-touching. Gorgeous combat skills effects and visual effects with nostalgic 2D materials are really first-class. The transition between day and night is so natural and comfortable.

However, what impressed me most about this game was the music. The soundtracks are absolutely stellar, especially the secret boss theme, Underworldly Entity (which has a similar one known as "Daughter Of The Dark God" in Octopath Traveler 1). The combination of operatic vocals with metal instruments in the boss battle theme is insanely good. You don't really ever hear opera with a drum set. I would love to personally hear it live. It will be so intense.
