This game's as addicting as the drugs you create in it! It's definitely a decent start, but it obviously needs more content.
Here's a few things that came to my mind that might be a good addition to the game in the future:

-the debt with the supplier could go higher, the consequences would be heavier
-automatic deliveries once you have a shortage
-dead drops - could be more creative, as in.. a trash bin, a flower pot - stuff like that
-make the workers do something else than stand outside if they have nothing to do
-more detailed scheduling of employees
-there's a slight chance your dealer gets caught, player will have a way to minimize the risks
-a journal - a slight description of what you've discovered so far
-more small apartments
-your apartment could get raided.. if you don't take precautions
-money laundering will be available a bit sooner and depositing big amounts of money will eventually lead to an exposure
-employees will have different skill numbers and thus the price will be different

l'll probably be adding more ideas later on. Also, looking forward to the next updates.

Sorry, but I can't possibly give this a thumbs up when Techland doesn't fix a simple quest bug after 4 months from the release. I don't think it would take more than a few hours for one person to fix that crap. Only then I might reconsider.
