I've started play in PoE Heist from the beggining of the league. First week of farm was awesome.
We played as a party of 3-4 players. And one of our team mates recieved a ban for "third party software". We were playnig in many different games for a long time and I'm sure that it's a false charge.
On his request to support to check this case we still waitng for an response with explanation of what happen. 6+ days for check why player was banned. We don't see any point to play from different account because he would need to buy stash tabs again and there is no assurance that he won't recieve another ban once more.

I don't recommend to play this game, you could spend 1000$+ on in-game goods and recieve a ban afterwards.
