PS: Hoping for a KCD1 Remaster / Remake

Imagine a Visual Novel with "Choose Your Own Adventure" Books in a WWII setting.
Sprinkled with unique turn-based tactical mechanics.

If you embrace the story and step into the shoes of a leading role and dont save scum, this is a unique strategical experience.

The only "negative" note is maybe the not-so-fletched-out visual effects & sounds when fighting on the map but also not needed, would be the cherry on top of the cake though.

Settings is on point
Art Direction is great
VAs are fantastic

The active dodge / parry / perfect hit button smashing is not so my thing but still enjoyable.
+ there is an option for QTE to be automatically done

Overall would recommend this title & is on our to play list for a full lets play.

The concept of the game is not a bad one!
The execution and state of the game and approach of the tutorial is lacking on all ends.

- solid art direction, love the 80s aesthetics
- amazing sound design
- game feels fluid

The only flaws were the lack of story gravitas and bonding and caring with your characters and story bits that happen here and there, like in *This War of Mine*

Current state, I would say it feels like a "cheap" version of said game + the zombie flare, has the potential to become an equal or even stronger title though.

This is pure gold for loot goblins and spits out so much dopamine it is insane.
