It's a 2024 game that feels like a game from 10 years ago but in a good way because you don't see many games like this one anymore definitely worth the wait and a worthy sequel

Early Access Review
This game is simply genious, so well thought, there is not a single deck that will guarantee you victory, every match is different thanks to the 3 lanes system with different locations and various modifiers and best of all the microtransactions are absolutely optional, premium currency is earnable for free at quite generous quantities so if anyone still haven't tried this game you should try it it's free

If you are looking for a Space Hulk game this is the one you should play.
The story is good and has a campaign for both the Space Marines and the Genestealers (which you should play after the SM campaign because it explains past event that you hear about during it).
Tatical gameplay is enjoyable and user friendly without it being over complicated.
I don't think the AI is as bad as people say, when you play against Space Marines AI you can see that they cover their flanks well and very rarely do they make mistakes, Genestealer AI often rush into fire but by playing the Genestealer campaign i found myself doing the exactly same thing in hope of jamming the Space Marine weapon so my other units could kill them because they don't leave any openings.
There is also a map editor and multiplayer but it seems abandoned right now.
Overall this game has some flaws but it's a great tactical game and a awesome Warhammer 40k game, Cyanide should think about making a sequel because it well deserved and could improve the game even more.
In my opinion Mixed reviews is quite unfair for me it is a solid 8/10

A game with an unique art and gameplay that is an homage to Diablo but with his own mechanics. I used to think this was a card game before i bought it but It's NOT a card game, the cards are like the hotkey bar on a traditional action RPG, also it's a very good to play in short sessions.

This is a game about a girl with a drug addiction where you meet a new dealer and you can either do as he says and keep taking crystal so you can feel stronger or you can resist the urge and destroy the drugs, you will be thrown in a drug war where you need to enter the turf of other drug dealers and kill them and their minions but beware sometimes DEA agents can appear and they are stronger than your regular thug. Fun game, amazing art, 2nd best story about drugs i've seen.

Dead Cells is a Roguelike Metroidvania with a beautiful art and engaging combat which succeeds in almost everything a good metrodvania should be.
The biggest problem this game has lies in the progression system, everytime I played this game and saw myself reaching farther into the game I felt it was because of the knowledge I got about the enemies from my previous runs more than from the progression system itself which grants you new weapons and powers that don't feel like an upgrade but more like an alternative which could have been a good way to make you try new tactics but those weapons are blocked behind a luck based system, even if you are lucky and find the weapon you want the game only lets you upgrade it once so it quickly becomes useless against the enemies as you progress into the game, I find myself always losing either in the beginning of the game because I get bad gear or at the very end because I get lucky and find the weapons that I play better with.

TL;DR : Dead Cells is a great game and I enjoyed it a lot, but it requires luck almost as much as skill in order to progress still I recommend it
