I'm madly in love with Ao.

My programming career started with modding this game. Over time, I learned many new techniques to modify the game, alongside with reverse engineering & assembly language skills. Eventually I got money from Valve and helped the game become better by reporting some 0days RCE bug on Valve's bug bounty program. Sadly Valve is always very slow with responding to RCE reports on GoldSrc games. I still have a 0days that has not been resolved by them. Nevertheless, this game is truly a masterpiece, and it has helped me becoming who I am today.

Heartbeat, heartbreak.

The port is good overall in term of performance (UE4). The only thing that I frustrated about is the loading time when the game start. It's somewhat too long (around 2 minutes).
Combat system and equipments are simple compared to other nepu games and other RPGs out there.
Music is decent. The story is linear and simple.
I haven't tried multiplayer yet. But there are many reviews about bad multiplayer.
Early grinding isn't a problem since there is a dungeon called Tetyu Temple in which will give you a huge amount of EXP (>1k per monster). You can just use long range character with elemental attacks to grind then carry your entire party.
Overall a good game to relax. But if you're new to the Neptunia series, I recommend playing the main series, starting with Re;Birth 1. You'll find references to this game throughout the series.
Last but not least, remember to play this (and other nepu games) with a controller.
