Since finding the furry community there I'm addicted and it keeps my heart whole. YMMV, if you hate us it might not be your thing as we're everywhere. Also it kept me sane during lockdown. Big recommend.

Fun little chat/hangout game with lots to do, lots of customisation, and a lot of crossover in players with VRChat, Second Life etc.

There is plenty to keep you occupied - initially you might think "oh it's just a few multiplayer games and a plaza" - but then you find there are also lots of little minigames on the regular (every 15 minutes I believe), you've got fishing and the huge variety of fish and objects you can collect, metal detecting on the beach, the casino has lots to do, then there's the arcade which is like yet another game inside Tower Unite full of even more minigames and a ton of prizes to earn and collect. There's bowling, laser tag, trivia, an arena. You can just sit and decorate your condo if you want. You can watch videos with friends. It's all very casual and lighthearted and you can pop in to do something for 5 minutes or hang out in it all day.

Being able to upload a custom avatar is nice. Fitting it to their rig rather than being able to use the rig included with your model is a bit of a pain but hey, the end result is you get to be your favourite furry species you dragged over from VRchat.

I had originally said in my review that it's too easy to earn units, but in fact I encountered a bug that gave me over 2 million so that's why. I can "get around" this by buying and selling something expensive to put myself back to where I'm meant to be but it's upsetting as I've missed out on the proper early game experience as it was intended - instead the negative side is that the devs apparently can't reset your account (I can't imagine why; any well designed account database would be very easy with a "delete * from table where userid = soandso" command) and are fairly unsympathetic to this.

All in all I'm having a lot of fun with it, the no-microtransactions model is a breath of fresh air and it gets a solid recommendation from me. Gift from a friend and very well received.

Great fun, great exercise. Needs LOTS of room really, but you can get away in tight-ish spots with tricks like turning off obstacles and adjusting the X/Y/Z/Rotate environment settings to keep your arms out of 'arms way!

Amazing game. It's actually hard to explain what's so good about it without spoilers, but I think if you were a fan of some the more "existencial philosophy" type episodes of Star Trek, for instance (TNG had a lot of stuff like this), you'll love what it gets up to with the story.
The game mechanics are "basic FPS with a few neat tricks", it's very much a story-driven game - but it's one of those stories where I think you gain a lot and relate to the characters better by "being there" than if it was just a movie. That said, if you're one of those people who hates games that are like interactive movies you might want to consider more carefully.
