I really only made the visuals there, I didn't really make the skills and stats, just gave ideas. You could try talking to Strat but he is hesitant to revisit old stuff.

@Dead Baron Though in case of Grigori and Ilja, two tweaks to their unit enhancing skills could be of use here. The former should include Kislevite Warriors and Tzar Guard into his Stand Firm skill (maybe even add a skill that gives infantry the Rowdy trait), while the latter should also include Akshina Ambushers and Horse Archers into his Expert Hunters skill.

But those are my opinions and it's your mod characters (and those who helped you out on them).

@Dead Baron And Dmitri? It seems like you wanted to make him a defensive kind of guy, but I can't understand why limit his skills to Kossars only? And the base ones only to boot. Why not extend his skills to other units? Have him affect all the non-magical unit (all the Kossars, the Kislevite Warriors, the Cavalry units, the Tzar Guard, the Akshina Ambushers). He could use some additional defensive skills that could affect his army while being on the defensive (like him managing to scrounge-up extra defensive supplies for the city he's stationed in, giving buffs to the city garrison and structures [towers hitting faster, walls and gates soaking up more damage, garrison and garrisoned armies having extra ammo] and even extending the length of the By Our Blood trait for his army).

@Dead Baron Vladimir feels like he could use some additional skills and his Forbidden Lore skill could be buffed a bit with some extra effects apart of a flat-out research rate (like adding an additional chance to steal research and gaining an artifact after battle). Maybe even adding extra to him the first three specializations of the Frost Maiden apart of the Champion of The Ice Court and Handmaiden skills? Maybe also give him a bear mount and a two more Lore of Frost spells along with a utility skill? Maybe one that could affect a lord in the army he's in to buff them up?

@Dead Baron Hey there Dead. Have a question for you. Do you have the possibility to...revisit an old mod at one point in the future?
You rembember that you contributed to the Legendary Characters mod (BTW, an absolute banger)? Thanks for giving Kislev some nice characters you did along with your fellow modders. I do however have an issue with two of those who seem kinda underpowered compared to other lords and heroes. Grigori and Ilja are fine, but Vladimir Stormbringer from Dark Omen and everyone's favorite Kislevite Dmitri Tzaryov feel underpowered.
