it's a little late for this review, but i'm very happy that my favorite game got anniversary update! If you haven't played this game, you definitely should try. This is the best FPS game of all time, perfect in all aspects. Moreover, it's now has workshop mods, more features for modern hardware and just prettier look. Thanks, Valve!

Valve really shocked me with this update. I never thought that i will ever see something like this. They not only fixed some old issues but also gave us new old content (like demo campaign - Uplink, player models and maps from demos). Main menu now looks like from retail version, which is very nostalgic for me. Also UI is now auto-scalable and now it's big enough to see text on 2K and 4K screen, which is great. But please valve, add UI scale setting, i really liked how it looked before at 1080p.
I recommend to check this out, no matter if you played this game before or not. It's brilliant classic for FPS genre, just like quake, doom, unreal, duke nukem and etc. Now waiting for half-life 2 anniversary with beta content :)

One of the best mod for half-life 2. With this quality of story, level design, characters, I can't call this a mod, it's a standalone game. I didn't expect that it will be THAT great. I hope Valve hire this people.

One of the best destruction physics ever. I always dreamed about game like this one. Just watch some trailers and you will see what i mean. I hope devs will support this game more and more!

Actually, this book can give you a lot about developing games, about Valve situation in 2007-2020, their projects and unreleased stuff, include many of interactive 3D models, videos and puzzles. I waited for half of my life for new game by valve and i finally got it (although i can't play because index so expensive). If you are Valve fan - just buy it, you will get a lot of interesting information.

Было ли у вас огорчение когда вы покупаете игру за 4к и жалеете о покупке?
Я купил эту игру за 18 рублей и знаете что я получил? 19 фурри, три миниигры, идеальный саундтрек. Это больше чем во всех ААА играх вместе взятых.
Мне не нужно ничего добавлять, в игре просто нету минусов. Вводим вначале игры на клаве furrgirl18 и дальше вы все поймете. Кстати, игра настолько а х у е на на свои деньги что вы получаете 100 ачивок за 20 минут(зависит от продолжительности протирания затвора)

Thanks for great update. We lost a lot of time getting that mileage and nexon just took them back(After waiting 9 hours or so). I hope nexon see, how stupid it was. :(

One of my favorite game right now, i really enjoyed playing this.

Even it was soooo long, it wasnt boring, so story was great (only at the end i gets same mission, find someone, kill someone and etc.)

Unfortunately, i completed gta4 after gta5 (because my pc was so bad for gta4 and i played gta5 on my old xbox 360).

Car physics even better then in gta5 xD.

There's one big problem, its GFWL(But i disabled it with patch, and its works fine). Also optimisation is not good, I have 35-60 fps on my gtx 1060, but i think its because my old amd athlon II X4 635 :\(but ofc its was playble). And its in 2017, i can't even imagine what it was in 2008.

So my score is 9.5\10.



I had glitch, when after i completed this game, one of my dead character called me and we played bowling XD. That means i got "special" ending :D
