TRANSISTOR is really cool. It follows in the footsteps of Supergiant's previous game, Bastion, yet doesn't feel derivative. It has some of the best ARPG combat I've ever seen, masterfully blending real-time and turn-based combat, the first game I've ever seen succeed in doing so. It's very well paced, never forcing you into story or combat segments for too long. It manages to sidestep many of Bastion's pitfall, including art that feels much less repetitive, and more meaningful choices in combat loadout, as well as maintaining an excellent story without acting pretentious or shoving it in your face with overly long, motionless cutscenes. Overall, I'd give it a 94/100, the only con about it being some minor issues with balance in regard to attack combos.

This game is huge. Everything, from the 12+ GB download size to the gargantuan maps to the massive Galaxy airships, this game has the biggest of everything in any FPS. It's incredible, and creates the most memorable battles I've ever played. In the time I've played this game, I've trekked across a snowy tundra, ducking away from sniper bullets whizzing past and later lead a charge of about 16 New Conglomerate troops through a biolab crawling with Vanu Sovereignty infantry. It was exilharating, claustrophobic, and created a true sense of teamwork.

In other words, this game does everything modern FPSes try to do flawlessly. This game is a masterpiece, a work of genius.

Unfortunatley, even after the many updates, this game is extremely taxing on a PC. Don't count on it running on your laptop or a desktop older than 3 years. On my 2008 Alienware M15x, I get 40-60 FPS when I'm running around alone, but battles tax the system to the point where I get 7-12 FPS

An incredible game. In Portal 2 you traverse a series of challenging and exciting tests. With great controls and breathtaking graphics (although the game is amazingly scalable if you play on an old machine or a laptop) this game is an unsurpassed first-person puzzler. To add icing on the cake, Valve has excellent writing that will have you rolling on the floor howling with laughter.

This was a triumph. I'm making a note here, huge sucess.
