Awesome tactical game! Lots of unique characters, weapons, upgrades, enemies, and scenarios. Every mission felt unique and carefully crafted. This game was a blast and I highly recommend it to anyone, but especially those that enjoy turn-based strategy. The graphics are spectacular and the soundtrack is memorable and fits the setting really well. I hope they make a sequel.

Major gripe: Setting the difficulty up is too risky. I'd prefer playing at a more difficult setting, but then if a character dies it's an enormous setback. That entire mission for leveling them up is wasted. That's a huge deal. I ended up playing on regular because having a single character die makes is too big of a trade off. I wish they'd just let your dead characters receive XP, then I could have played on a higher difficulty.

Minor gripes: Stores are nearly useless because the drops are plentiful. Characters don't become interesting until you level them up a fair bit, but that means you don't know who to invest time in until after you've done so.

The best tower defense game! Super under rated. Just look at my hours. I can probably count on one hand the number of singleplayer games I play that long. Here's hoping they revisit the series again some day!
