Your first batch goes to the trash. The neighborhood raccoon barely touches it.

Holy crap. I'm loving this so far! Insanely fast-paced shooter that surprisingly doesn't make me feel like I suck at shooters!

I haven't had a chance to play much of it yet, but the first hour of the game was very enjoyable. This is one of the most uniquely fun games I've played in a while!

I'll try to remember to update this when I've finished the game.

Early Access Review
Quick matches, easy to learn, and a ton of fun to play!
Not a huge community yet, but the companies discord server has a bunch of active users and you can usually get them to join in for a game!

Rain World has cute creatures, horrific monsters, beautiful atmosphere (coupled with amazing sound design) and a good amount of difficulty. I highly recommend it ONLY IF you don't mind the fact that it is not an easy game and it WILL NOT hold your hand.

If you're looking for a great local multiplayer experience, Mimic Arena is the way to go! I played this at PAX last year in an indie game arcade machine and people were lining up to play it even though it wasn't a part of the show floor. (Came back multiple times to play more too!) Got it in a Groupees Greenlight Bundle and I'm glad to see that it's finally launched! Can't wait to get some friends together and play the hell out of it! :D

Very fun party game. Challenging single player mode. Not much more I could ask for out of this game! 8/10!

I found this game very simply to pick up and learn to play. It seems like something I will be able to play in short bursts when I have time to game and it's seemingly got the potential to have a decent difficulty in later stages.

7/10

Pros:
Fun
Easy to learn
Can play in quick bursts

Cons:
The only complaint I currently have is I can't navigate the main menu with a Steam Controller, though to be honest, I probably need to launch with a different controller template. Will touch back again on this later once the Steam Controller is available commercially.

I can't recommend this game enough. Great online multiplayer, even greater local multiplayer. Pure chaos brought on by ducks with guns.

Most importantly, there's a button to quack.
