Overall a great take on the Battle Royale genre, the fairly simple controls coupled with the top-down camera view allow you to feel properly in control over your character as well as being able to easily see other players, if someone shoots you from the back you'll know exactly who and where they are!

In terms of weapon variety, feel and balance: At the time of writing this there are 21 weapons total in the game with each providing its own unique use case, bullet spread, bullet speed, recoil patterns, etc. As for balance I feel each of the weapons lie comfortably between the range of underpowered and overpowered, and Pixile are always making minor tweaks to weapons with each update to ensure this balance is maintained as gameplay evolves.

The game provides a variety of modes including Duos & Squads, whose player slots you can choose to be filled with random players, as well as the occasional limited time mode such as Mystery Mode or The Bwoking Dead. In my experience this game is just as fun to play Solo as it is to play with Friends however, as with all multiplayer games, it is always better with friends.

As for player base, this is one of the better communities I've seen for a Battle Royale type game, so much so that the game allows for a public text chat even during the round. The players both in-game and on the official Discord server act, for the most part, friendly and mature towards others, with any misdemeanours usually being dealt with by the moderation team quite quickly.

Altogether it's easy to say this is my favourite Battle Royale style game, far better than Fortnite, and that it's most definitely worth the play, even if just playing Solo!

This is definitely a new personal favourite of mine, its story isn't the longest however it's very immersive and the decision making, being able to shape how you play the game, is what makes this game great. The graphics are excellent and the audio and soundtrack are spot on. The only thing I can nitpick about this game is the controls for the camera, however that is nowhere near enough to ruin the game for someone. Overall this game is well worth the money, on sale or not, and I most definitely recommend it.
