What a pile of garbage...

It can feel a bit annoying at times considering how certain "combat" elements work and the responsiveness of the controls but in the end was a worthwhile experience. It looks very good specially if you like the "Alien" aesthetic since it's based on the same kind of design. It's a very short game so bare that in mind when it comes to price.

Sluggish crap.

It's a very short game that ends in a cliffhanger... probably with no sequel since it under performed. Graphically it looks very good but it feels very sluggish, part of it is intentional to make your actions feel more deliberate but it ends up just being annoying (along with it's bad key binds).

The best part was getting this in a bundle, imagine paying full price for it on release.

Pile of crap.

- Average story;
- Boring characters;
- No real choices, no variety in the consequences;
- Everything is very politically correct, careful to not offend anyone ("for modern audiences");
- Bad enemy AI;
- Bad overall NPC and Companion AI reactions;
- Constantly over cumbered even when picking things up with criteria;
- Fetch quests galore;
- Loading screen to loading screen (constant fast travel);
- Bad UI;
- No enemy variety;
- Repeated weapons with just different stats;
- Melee neglected;
- Base building boring;

I can't recommend this game at all, it's garbage. When I first started playing the first thing I noticed was that everything looked blurry. Turns out the game has chromatic aberration and vignette turned on by default without the possibility of disabling it. I had to actually mod the game from the very start to remove these.
Once that was out of the way, the game feels terrible to play, the AI is trash, characters are terrible, graphics actually look like a downgrade, they still have the game running on a single-core which makes it very easily to be CPU bound and not using the GPU fully. Lots of unwanted help like grabbing on ledges when you don't want to, in game store with micro transactions.
This series just keeps going downhill.
