Satisfactory is a really solid factory game with a few rough edges. It's quirks make it something that I would absolutely recommend to someone looking for a weird and challenging factory game. If you're coming from Factorio, you may be disappointed by the lack of certain tools and features.

Things I really like:

• Interesting production chains with alternate recipes allowing you to approach puzzles in different ways.
  
• Hand-crafted map that encourages exploration with (factory-relevant) collectibles and secrets.
  
• Open-ended tools for decorating your factory.
  
• Multiplayer plays very smoothly thanks to the large map and effectiveness of modular factories.

Things I wish were better:

• Drone and train logistics leave a lot to be desired.
  
• Blueprint system is extremely useful but somewhat restrictive.
  
• I wish programmable splitters were unlocked earlier and priority mergers existed at all.
  
• Power generation is kinda tedious to maintain and not very interesting to solve.
  
• Paint swatch system works so strangely in multiplayer that I think it must be a bug.
  
• Coffee Stain's signature humor. Lots of misses for me, but it's not all duds.

Active points of frustration:

• Combat feels really underbaked.
  
• An ending that, after 100+ hours of feeling like it was building up to something, left me saying "oh, that's it?" It's like if Portal was eight times as long and ended with Glados just incinerating you with no fanfare.

The Noise killed me in real life

It's unfair to compare this game directly to Payday 2 in terms of raw content, but there are things really holding this game back at the moment. Core gameplay is super solid, but everything surrounding it is designed so poorly.
I can't recommend this game until:
-An offline mode is added.
-Crime.net/server browser is added.
-Persistent lobbies are added.
-XP is awarded based on heist completion rather than challenges. Heists grant XP on completion as of 1.0.2, very cool
-Stats are shown numerically.
