very nice little game

Somehow they make it every year more ♥♥♥♥

I've just finished Myst and Riven, and it was an amazing experience. I can't relate to some other folks who commented here, as when these games were originally released, I wasn't born yet. However, I have fond memories of playing these types of games with my father when I was little (Myst, Riven, Physicus, Bioscopia, Chemicus, and many more). Back then, I (obviously) did not understand what was happening, but I had a great time nonetheless. Now, almost 20 years later, I finally had the opportunity to tackle these games, and it was a blast.

Riven looks stunning and was quite the experience for me. It throws you into this world and forces you to learn and understand how this world functions. There aren't a lot of puzzles, but the ones you encounter are challenging—maybe so challenging that some people might even get frustrated, as the game never explicitly tells you what you need to do. But if you take the time and learn how things work in this small, beautiful world, it's satisfying when it *clicks* in your brain and everything makes sense.

I'm glad that with this remake, I could finally experience it myself. I recommend it to anyone who has a flair for challenging puzzle adventures (which you probably have if you're looking at this game).

What a game! Finally a big team worked on a good co-op game. This game was such a fun experience and I can recommend it to everyone that has got a friend with time on his hand (so you dont have to wait half a year to finish the game...)
The game itself is not really challenging but I think in this case its a good thing. Your always progressing and in my 13 hours playtime I never really felt that something was repetitive (maybe the garden section)
Also a cool thing is that only one has to pay for the game. This facilitates the search of a teammate.

Only thing I would have liked to see is a hard mode so you dont regenerate health, since we really would have loved some kind of challenge

Quick and fun room game. This one is by far the best yet!

Love the game! Community is sometimes very toxic, but you cant blame the developers for this.
