Played and completed the updated version. Solid action rpg - recommended if you like the genre.

This is genuinely one of the most FUN games with friends in a while. Plays well looks spectacular feels awesome.. many lols. Dont let a few issues dissuade you.. if you think you might enjoy it and have some friends to spread democracy with... DO IT. FOR FREEEEEDOMMMMMM!!

Every once in a while, a few times a year at best, a game comes along that keeps me saying 'wow, amazing, what fun, incredible..', even almost a hundred hours in. This is one of them - a masterpiece. Hat's off to you Larian, and thankyou very much.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

just finished second playthrough after many years. To me its a masterpiece.. gfx might be a little dated but they get the job done nicely imho unless you're not too fussy. (i used reshade to tone down saturation and tint slightly). A wonderful game about the human condition... ending brought tears to my eyes. To me games which get me on an emotional level are the best... and this subject matter was very close at heart. Fantastic game, highly recommended if you like thought provoking rpgs.
