Love it. The number one complaint about Civ games is that there's not enough changed or aspects rebalanced. This doesn't fall into this category as far as I and all my friends have discovered yet. Great Civs are no longer the same great ones, lots of aspects have been rebalanced, diplo victory is gone - although I'm not so sure on religious victory. Barbarians and AI are more aggressive so far, although AI it seems it's clearer how to reason with them and it's possible to do more deals than ever before.

If you have liked a previous Civ game, you should get this!

I really enjoyed playing this game, is a twist on a situation but is it's own kind of puzzle game rather than anything else. The graphics are fantastic and gives the game a more quality feel. It's good for a few hours at once at any given time.

Much like Civ 5. The resources have changed but you can tell what they are still for the most part. It is proving difficult so far to find a good balance in terms of health and the aliens seem far more problematic than I ever found the barbarians to be. It's good that you can actually do deals with AI now though and I've had a game where I've been successful at diplomacy with one in order to team up against another. Will still take a bit of getting used to as the tech tree is simply huge now and you have so many potential paths to go down.

Enjoyed the game and kept playing it for hours on first playthrough. Not sure it has too much more playtime in it, the gameplay is quite straightforward. Once your initial playthrough is over I doubt you'll go back to it. Still, nice game and good concept and is done in a nice way.

Like minecraft but nicer graphics - I couldn't get on with minecraft but love this so far.
