I personally took L from them Os

Real talk, I could not see the ending without talking to my second person, so congrats if you managed to beat this with a conscious decision on a first try.

The world building and story behind the main protagonist is something I can somewhat relate to. I sometimes think as if I am a character in a visual novel, and also share a similar definition of world. On the other hand, approach I have with someone inside my head is slightly different from my own experience, but these personal experience did not affect the fact that I was able to relate to the main protagonists.

These surreal yet repetitive nature of the game captures the emotion of the protagonist very well. Many visual and aural elements, such as timings on sound effects, effective font size, sudden change in scenery, and as well as the general art style are all powerful tools unique to visual novels, which this game fully utilizes to convey a powerful story.

I played in English and Japanese, and I love how some of the elements unique to Japanese visual novel has been addressed, as well as the connotations of the words being carried out kudos for spectacular localization, at least for Japanese.

I was super into incremental games in 2019 and Anti Matter dimension certainly stood above the rest of the competition back then after unlocking most of the features that the game had offered back then, and after revisiting this game in 2022, I am certain that it still holds that #1 spot for me.

The overall simplicity of the concept really pays off as the game slowly introducing more complicated concepts which is certainly more complicated but are certainly more unique and interesting.

The game speed and the multipliers are tweaked perfectly so that the game never feels too slow or too fast where you wouldn't feel any sense of accomplishments.

The stats and graphs certainly help players be more engaged to the production of antimatter as they give another method of a visual feedback which further increases the overall user experiences.

I decided to hard reset as I have forgotten some of the intricacies of the game and I am certain that I will be enjoying this game as I did a few years ago revisiting some of the old memories as well as enjoying the new contents.

Different way to interpret the overarching theme of When They Cry series, probably should have played before watching gou and sotsu

Classic incremental clicker / idler game. The lack of depth and relative slow progress does not stand the test of time too well, but it is just way too iconic to not to love this game, especially if you are like me who used to grind the crap out of this game on the school computer lab just to see them all gone after 50 mins

Umineko no Naku Koro ni Chiru, also known as Umineko when They Cry - Answer Arcs is a wonderful game that provides some solutions to the questions proposed in the first four episodes in the Question Arcs, but don't expect the story to reveal all the answers like what ryukishi did for Higurashi; in the Answer Arcs, you need to make the decision yourself and reach the conclusion that satisfies you the most.

In conclusion, if you want to be challenged and create a universe for youself and the others, this is a wonderful gift from the Witch named ryukish07

First of all, I am writing this review right after finishing the Episode 4, which is the last episode of the Question Arcs of Umineko rather than the last episode of Umineko.

What turned me away from this game initially, before I even started the game, is that I really loved the portrayal of Japanese culture, family, and values in Higurashi. I assumed Umineko is taking place in Victorian Era in Europe, but turns out it takes place in 1980's Japan. I was very happy to see that and made me continue the game after first few minutes. Moreover, Japanese culture, family, and values are portrayed well if not better than Higurashi, as it was more relatable for me personally

The general structure of the main story like is very similar to Higurashi. Main differences between Umineko and Higurashi is that Umineko poses philosophical questions more directly, and you take a small step forward every episode towards solving the overarching mysteries (or at least you feel like you are). Unlike Higurashi, there is going to be a mystery outside of the conventional overarching story and these layers of questions, which may or may not appeal to you.

Overall, if you want your values and wits to be challenged, it is a fun game and worthy of your time and money.

Probably worth $5 if you have at least 3 friends to play with and like to play TTT in gmod or Project Winter. This game has pretty much the same vibe as those games but less action and arguably less bs. I strongly recommend playing with at least 6 people or else it gets boring quickly.

While this game is still buggy, which makes you unable to change the in-game name and server connections are not the best, making you frustrated at times for legitimate reasons, this game nails it when it comes to the great multiplayer experience: fun maps / minigames

Personally I have always loved athletic map on Human Fall Flat, and I dreamed of being able to play them with random people online. This is game is literally dream come true game for me, and the individual games of maps are simple to understand yet requires patience and micro management of the movement, which I enjoy. Also, the inclusion of free "Battle Pass" was a great way to encourage players to play more and I thought that was neat.

While it is understandable that this feature is missing in this game due to being released on consoles including Nintendo Switch, one feature I would have loved to see is voice chat, that allows users to interact more, and those who do not want them can disable voice chat anyway.

PS: ranked mode soon? xd

There are many issues with this game; the puzzle game itself is not the most interesting. Sometimes you need to grind out for the money. The user interface is not as refined as the other games from this genre.

However, the sheer quantity of the contents itself outweighs the negatives of this game.

Your first play through would take about 2 hours, and every path would take about an hour each.
For $9.00, this game is a bargain compared with other eroge from other well known Japanese developers.

This game also maintains high quality in terms of visuals aesthetics and unique identity for all the girls.
It features very consistent art style and if you like the girls on the first glance you will most likely enjoy it.
Individual character's intention and goals may be bit silly but game does their best job to create a sympathy for all the girls.

Make sure you download r18 patch from the official website!
