I absolutely loved this game, and the previous one. The puzzles start out pretty simple, and it just seems like Minesweeper at first. BUT, as new game mechanics are gradually added, the puzzles get deviously hard. You'll end up staring at a level getting a migraine, then OH there's one blue left in a line you didn't notice at first, and it becomes glorious again. You'll need to combine multiple clues and use process of elimination a LOT on the later levels, but it's never impossible and you never have to take a guess. There's ALWAYS a clue you're just not seeing yet.

The only issue with the game is the saves. You can't save mid-level, and the later levels can take some time to think through, so you either just leave the game running in the background or start the level over if you need to quit playing. This issue is fixed in Hexcells Infinite, though (haven't played that one yet, but it's up next!)

The Hexcells series are fantastic puzzle games!

Fantastic racing game! I've been a huge WipEout fan since the PS1 original, and this is a worthy spiritual successor.

This game was one of the main reasons I bought an Xbox back in the day. Still one of my all-time favorites!

Not bad for a quick arcade game, but not that good either. When you die, you're just dumped back to the main menu, and there is virtually nothing that will compel you to keep playing after the first couple of deaths. Overall I'm giving it a negative, just for the fact that I have no desire to play it again, and that was just after ~10 minutes of play.

Early Access Review
Doesn't really do anything new, but it plays well enough and I like the art style.

At first the game seems enjoyable enough, with a nicely-done art style, but quickly it devolves into a rather boring achievement hunt. If there wasn't a Level 100 achievement, I would have stopped playing an hour ago.

The nice art style doesn't even matter once your character's speed makes everything a blur, and later on even the loot shop loses it's novelty when all you need to upgrade is defense in order to progress.

The miners are also pointless, since you can grind a max level of loot in less than a minute.

Overall it isn't terrible, just you'll be completely done with the game before the trading cards even drop.

The story in "Gone Home" is something we haven't seen in a game before (at least I haven't), and I found it quite moving. I wouldn't describe this as a "game," however. Instead, this is more of an interactive art piece, and one that is certainly worth your time.

While your time is well-spent here, I'm not so sure your money is at $19.99. You will have experienced everything it has to offer within 3 hours, so wait for it to go on sale (like I did).

Pricing discrepancies aside, I do believe this is something everyone should experience.

Short and easy, but still very enjoyable. It's odd how a little voiceover story can get you emotionally invested in the wellbeing of rectangles.
