I really like this direction for the franchise! Having a lot of fun, I actually wish it was a little bit harder? Breezing through most runs, even with bad thread pulls and choosing the harder levels/curse threads.

Lots of promise, will definitely keep playing and hope to see even more content!

The game is inherently fun. BUT, the UI, online multiplayer features, menus are so awful it ALMOST ruins the game. I don't understand how a giant company that has made this game 10x over, has ps1-era awful UX.

Combat is fun, everything else is this game getting in its own way of being more fun. Fire the UI/UX design team, please make the next one better.

You can tell the devs put a lot of love into this game. Followed it from early kickstarter to final product and love what they've done with the concept. It's exactly what it says it is, a metroidvania + pokemon match made in heaven.
