🏋️ How to Train Mental Stamina
1. Deliberate Focus Sessions
Use a timer (like Pomodoro – 1 game focus, 5 min break) and slowly increase your focused games each week. Even 5–10 extra matches of deep work adds up.

2. Take Breaks Intelligently
Don’t just scroll after playing CS—take a walk, breathe deeply, or close your eyes. It recharges your brain better than feeding it more input.

3. Cold Showers or Exercise
