Great fun, very replayable, and some of the relic combinations can end up hilariously broken. Mod scene is pretty good too!

I've been playing this on and off for years, and we keep returning to it every few updates - they keep adding more stuff to drag us back in! It's not perfect, but overall I rate this far higher than Space Engineers. So much more to do, and it keeps growing and getting updates.

So far Mashinky is very promising, and fairly fun even with the limited amount of content in the game.

It is a bit buggy - although the various times it has crashed on me, it had an autosave no more than a minute or two old, so no big deal. There's a fair emount of polishing and quality-of-life work that will need to be done, but it's still early and there's plenty of time for those things to be worked on.

It's not *yet* a competitor for OTTD/etc if you're into those sorts of games, but it could well be in the future.

The attention to detail is just incredible. You spend most of your time zoomed right out so each vehicle is barely more than an icon, and yet when you do zoom in the details is amazing. And they even bothered with engine shutting down sounds in the armoury.

Buy it. Play it. But ignore the campaign.
