Gunfire Reborn is my favorite game right now.
Probably the best-looking game that my POC laptop can run (with only 6 GB of RAM)

Downsides: You have to play a "whole Act" -which usually can take 30-60 minutes- before you can save the game at a "spot" again. (I am using a generic term because the inanimate object changes on each Act. But I will say the first time you save on Act 2 it is at a watering hole or well.) At that point you can quit to the main menu. I admit it's annoying NOT knowing how long it will take to reach the next save point. (No one wants to risk losing their run just because they can't get to the next save point in time.) But I guess that's just part of the status-quo for this type of rogue-like gameplay.

Good stuff: game-play in general is fun, each playable character (is fun &) plays different, it has multiplayer, has bots (available) if you don't want to play online, trying the different gun types (is Fun), and unlocking new Skills on your talent tree (keeps giving you nuance/more benefit to what you can do). OH, and at the higher levels of difficulty, you even get to unlock minions/pets! :D

I really wish I could tell you some profound bits of wisdom about WHY this game is so good.
But basically, IT'S JUST FUN! It's Borderlands 2 gun-collecting + Roguelite-flavored RPG-style skills progression. And it runs on any potato of a PC like mine. GG. Let's GO!
