Domowe bezy w kształcie uroczych duszków, to idealna słodka przekąska na Halloween. Duszki bezowe robi się bardzo prosto. To tylko kilka łatwo dostępnych składników i dużo świetnej zabawy przy robieniu.

Składniki:
3 białka większych jajek - około 105 gramów
około pół szklanki drobnego cukru - 160 g
łyżeczka skrobi zimniaczanej
szczypta soli
kotka gorzkiej czekolady - do dekoracji
Szklanka ma u mnie pojemność 250 ml.
Kalorie policzone zostały z uwzględnieniem gorzkiej czekolady użytej do namalowania oczek i buzi.
Z podanej ilości składników zrobiłam 40 duszków o średnicy 3 cm u podstawy i wysokości około 5 cm.
