Better run through the jungle

The best modern Total War game. The hardest one in the entire series too. I highly recommend it over it's predecessor (Rome 2) and successor(Warhammer).

It's an OK game that holds a few hours of fun but stuff like animations, siege battles and the number of units per faction seem half-arsed. It's like they had great ideas but no motivation to actually do them right and polish them up. You're better off buying Attila tbh lads.

If this game was released after Rome 2 I might've recommended it, but it's a huge step back from Attila which was arguably the best total war in years and objectively the hardest one to date.
