First of all to mention the 100+ GB updates which is just, insanity.
After the latest update I can't even launch the game, stuck on compiling shaders then
it just crashes, after relaunching again the shader compilation gets stuck indefinitely
about 10% of the way in.
Great choice going with UE, biggest d-o-g-s-h-i-t on the market, and the source for
90% of the problems modern video games have.
A waste of 60$.

I don't know what to say.
It's been a year since I played Warzone, and my friends wanted to play again, so
I decided to download it again and give it a shot.

Ffw 35GB download size, I'm thinking ok that's not so bad.
The download finishes and instantly another 36GB update starts
downloading, which is mind boggling why it didn't download with the game itself, whatever.

Finally, the next day I can launch the game, or should I say launcher, I go in to see I didn't
actually install Warzone, I installed DMZ, and only DMZ is available for play. Warzone itself
is another 76.1 GB to download, so there's a launcher itself which is just there to manage
different game installs and then that launcher is used to actually launch the game you want to play.

Somehow everyone is ok with these egregious file sizes, 76.1 GB for a mediocre battle royale and another
36GB for a launcher is unreal. I just wanted to play Warzone man, none of this is ok, 80$ for Black Ops 6,
next year it will be 90$, and the idiots will keep paying and Activison knows they're gonna keep getting away with it.

Sad, just sad.
Wake up gamers.

So, I never played any souls games, and a friend recommended I start with Elden Ring.
All right, so right off the bat, I get spawned in the game with no controls, no tutorials, nothing.
Just some introductory video about the Elden Lords, the Elden Ring, and stuff.

I exit some chapel and proceed to the only area I could go too, just for some spider like
boss to spawn in, and two shot me.
Then ffw to me laying on a shore of some sort and a lady on a horse finds me and narrates
some stuff, cool cool, story wise I am lost af.
Then I respawn again, and proceed to some tutorial area where I can finally learn the controls
how to dodge, parry, block etcetera.
I get a dinner plate shield and a kitchen knife sword, cool cool.

I exit the tutorail area and enter Limgrave, find some dude that tells me where I should go and
I should follow golden trails to my next objective, all right, finally some explanations.
Then the boss, the Tree Sentinel IIRC, I hit him and I deal 20 damage, while he has what, like
about 5000HP, no surprise that I get rekt, but its all right, I thought I was doing something wrong,
until I realised thats just how it is, I deal 20 damage and am weak af.

Tbh, if all this game is about, is artificially inflated enemies who one or two shot you and
you just have to dodge and roll and hit once and rinse and repeat until they're dead, yeah
I don't see what all the fuss is about, it's not appealing or interesting to me, I am prepared
for incoming git gud comments and for hardcore fans to rage at me.

A PSN account, what a joke, seems like every publisher has its own gimmick, EA with Origin, Ubisoft with Uplay, how many launchers and services do we need and with PSNs history of data breaches, yeah no thanks, I'll simply leave the game, never to return, I don't have time for corporate nonsense, and a lot of the video game industry problems would be solved if people just stopped buying/playing once dumba*s decisions like these are made and players are forced to do what the publisher requires to keep playing. Just don't give in to their bullsh*t. Yeah, that's a no from me dawg, it was fun while it lasted, I hope PSN burns to the ground.

I heard that this game had an amazing story. Needless to say what I heard was true, the story was spectacular and had one of the best twists in gaming. It took me roughly 18 hours to complete the game on "FUBAR" difficulty and to get all of the achievements. Performance wise it is perfect and I hadn't run into any issues at all, I was able to run it on High/Ultra settings at 1080p 75fps. The controls might get a bit iffy sometimes, but it isn't a major issue. I highly recommend everyone to buy this game and to experience it for themselves. I bought it on sale for 4,99€, but It's worth paying the full price for.

Needs a lot of optimising and twaking to reduce the lag, that should be the developers #2 priority. #1 priority is introducing ping locks/region locks. The Chinese have 3 servers to choose from, yet they decide to play on NA and EU servers. NA and EU servers are flooded with chinese high pingers, and team killers. DO not buy the game unless the devs do something about this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!

What can I say, the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing. I only wish it wasn't screwed over by Konami, but hey it's still a masterpiece in its own way. Also, it would have been nice if the game had been finished completely (Chapter 3). How do I send money directly to Kojima?
