why do i crave the sense of pride and accomplishment i get from steam telling me i did thirty-two out of thirty-two tasks i hate it i hate it i hate it i hate it i hate this this is ruining me i just spent 2 and a half hours on the chapter 6 C side and like 2 hours of that was just spent trying to do a fricking wall boost dash jump thing and even then i couldnt do it i cheesed it i found a way to cheese the obstacle it took me two hours and i didnt do it properly i broke the game to get what i want and tomorrow im gonna do the next c side so that i can do all the c sides so that i can have 30/32 achievements and yet I will still hate myself a little bit for it because it feels like bashing my head against a wall while giving myself carpal tunnel why am i doing this to myself

I can't believe GOTY will be the first ever well-type game

Its a cool little spooky game. its an interesting little adventure with unique mechanics, i'd recommend picking it up and going in as blind as you can manage.

It's a fun little indie title. Think if subnautica was a text adventure. Gameplay is a bit shallow, I wish there were more puzzles, I wish there were more things to go back to, more branching paths that were previously inaccessible. There's an inventory system and many collectables but not very much to do with them, out of the dozens of in-game objects only a handful offer any way to interact with the world. For what it is, it's great, but it feels like the foundation of a game screaming for more. As much as I wish there was more I would still recommend playing through it.

I played through the game once and 100%ed the save slot with a final time of 6h49m, which includes reading every bit of flavour text, reading through all the "lore entries", some idling, and visiting every single place there is to go.

It's really really really really good.

This game will ruin you. 10/10.
