This game had a shaky launch with crash bugs particularly with raytracing, but it\ was excellent enough for me to push past that. A worthy follow up to the original game.

I am very disappointed in this remake.

It's pretty easy to accidentally teleport out of bounds, and then the menu system breaks so you can't load or save the game (even if you get back in bounds).

There's a photo system which would seem to be great for this game, considering the original demanded you to take notes and use them throughout your adventure (difficult to do in VR without VR tools like the photo system) but to see your photos you have to go into the menu, into the photo album, and then you can see a tiny image of the photo you took. You can't look at it side-by-side with the puzzle you're using it with either.

The planetarium is especially aggravating with entering dates and times as the puzzle demands, having to go back and forth to your photos of both the dates and times to enter as well as the photos of the other symbols related to the puzzle if you know what those are at this pointr.

And it's very easy to accidentally select "Quit" instead of "Photo Album" and now you've lost all your progress!

This game crashes in almost every match. The game interprets a crash as abandoning a game so you will be banned after only a few.

This game has some nice Portal vibes in its story and execution, and the puzzle mechanics are great fun, though not too challenging usually. I just wish there was more!

Fast action with a good dose of RNG and humor.

Love the universe the devs created, and it leaves enough open at the end of the story to suggest they want to do a third, which is fine by mine.

They tried too hard to top the first game in some spots. Venus, really? And of course the you-know-what that happens.

It's like Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, but with goats.

This is a very nice vertical slice of Deus Ex. For only $12 it's worth it, I'd say. It includes a mini-city area with the same level of quality as Prague, and a nice long story mission with new elements such as heat-sensing cameras and robots. You also have an optional side mission. Really the only missing thing is a vendor to sell your junk to.

There is also a small NSN sequence. It seems a lot of people didn't like the sequence from the main game; I did so maybe I'm an outlier. But this one is better and doesn't feel like an ad for breach, and it messes with your head at one point.

I rather enjoyed the main game and I enjoyed this DLC; I can't say I care for the rumors that they split the game in two, but honestly I think MD was a full-sized game, if a little short then it was at least wide with all the side content.

Where the preorder level was short and didn't really make any impact on the story, this is a few times longer and fills in some story bits regarding ShadowChild and Breach. Also unlike the preorder level this DLC is more stingy with the Praxis; you'll have to actually make choices, though it's still possible to get all the augments you need when you need them.

Some might be tempted to compare this with the bank heist in the main game; this is definitely different enough, especially with the new mechanic of heat-sensors to mix things up.
