We are all rubes. It will happen again. As before, once again, forever.

Fun game. But AI can be beyond frustrating at times. Brake checking, line blocking, 10,000 ton vehicles that wont move, shunting, rubber banding, protecting 1st/2nd and many other Ai goodies that have been with the series since the beginning.

Otherwise, plenty of fun to get in, drive around, mess around with upgrades and tuning.. plus who can't mention the real addiction.. Wheel spins. As always, is better with friends.

I like this game as the sailing can be relaxing...

But it is by a dev that really is not listing to major gripes from the community. Are focusing on what they want which is off topic from the theme. PVE is a complete afterthought to them as well. Some of the areas are so spammed with excessive ship/material hording/Ship yards that my PC goes into shutter frame at 2-5fps..

There is a lot of promise to this game, but it does have a LONG way to go to be anywhere near polished.

I would not recommend this to anyone with minimal time, easily frustrated, or expecting DAY 1 issues to ever be fixed... But if you like basic farming/item harvesting/Building and sailing, it can be a very fun game in its own respect.

I put L4D2 in a catagory a games that never get uninstalled on my PC.

These games survive the test of time and are wonderfull to play, for 15/30 mins. Then you put them down for a while. But at some point in the unforseen future, you pick it back up for another 15/30 mins.

With friends it is an amazingly fun and co-operative forcing game. Mechanics in the game, that increase with difficulty, force you to stick together and work as a team to survive, together. Much fun can be had in random games, if you are not great at FPS's and/or new to L4D2, 3/4 of the players you will run into will be more than friendly and helpful. If you are a veteran to the series or fps's with teambased mechanics, it is equally enjoyable to jump into random servers and save the day for everyone.

All around a game that never gets uninstalled.

This is an amazing game that has been fun for years. I have waited a long time for the PC release, as I still feel modded GTA IV is the best game that we have ever had available to us. GTA V proves promising and I've already played for 200+ hours without loosing interest.


Needs more mini-games and such for just screwing around with friends online.

The FOV slider at max akin to a 90 year old lady with binoculars taped to her face. It's abysmal without the FOV mod and makes 1st person completely non functional for a large sector of the PC community.

This short sighted decision on adding paywall is utterly disappointing.

Great modding communities are made by people who love the game, not by people looking for a quick paycheck.

I have over 300+ hours in this game and love it. Worth the buy as long as the paid mods are not revived.

Actualy liked Ace of Spades. Figure I'd give this a try too.


Launch game. Get all set up with character and watch loading video. Hey, looks hopefull!

25 mins later it queus me into a group. Ok, new game with small playerbase I figure. Lets see how it plays.

Join ingame, figure out how to procede to gear out my character with zero instructions it gave before hand, not too bad you can figure it out I figure. Players start harrasing other players who couldent figure it out fast enough... Well, there are allways gonna be a**h**** in games, nothing new right?

Finaly get in match. Start building up defences... Fall to my death because teammates are leveling everything.... Well, at least there is block physics right!?

Start building again with bumpers to jump up high. Teammates start placing blocks to block bouncers.... ok..

Start to play game, typical fast paced shooter. Nothing new or out of the "norm" of other games. Linear maps that force player interaction which is good.

Team gets rushed with in 2 mins. Surrender on screen and team surrenders. 25+ mins of waiting, over in under 8mins (including 5 mins of initial build time).

Get to scoreboard. Figure, "Well, it was just a bad round, happens in anygame, lets try again!"
Ok, so how do we get into the next round? Looking... Looking... Looking.... Seeing everyone "discconect" one by one... Realize, you don't get another round! You don't requeue... Only one button, return to menu to start this "fun" series of events over from the begining....

Well, that's enough of that. The way it seems now, this game is not gonna get enough player traction to go anywhere. Then, noticed the price they will try to sell this for... I would have been dissapointed at the $9.99 mark. But $30.00? WOWZA.

GL to this game. In its current state, its gonna need all the luck it can get.
Final verdict. Get the beta for free and give it a try as long as you can bear it. Perhaps things will improve as time goes on, as is the point to Beta's.

If nothing changes... I wouldent even think of spending money on this.

Refreshingly new take on FPS. In Depth you take on the roll of a tresure hunting diver or as a blood thirsty shark. Lighting effect in this game play exceptionaly well to the terrifing atmosphere and game play. Easy to get the hang of, simple intuitive controls and basic goals of gameplay. Diver? Get treasure to STEVE and kill sharks in process. Shark? kill divers and destroy STEVE. As someone who is terrified of open water, this game plays well into the fears and nighmarish imagination running wild. You will be swiming along and just barely catch the glimpse of a sharks outline, as it darts past an opening in the wreck you are exploring.. A loud bang and crash as parts of the enviroment crumble around you. You finaly get a little sence of relife in the resulting seconds of silence... Only to be engulfed, chest deep in a killer Great Whites jaws in a mere second.

Great game to play with freinds and get you screaming like a little child as you try not to get eaten.

Recent take of the Chivalry Mod (Source Engine) to now Unreal Engine. You will enjoy seeing the maps you have already known and played on in new light. The fighting system is as discouraging as eve, but that is half the fun! all you need to know is, X 3 to scream HELP ME!!!!!!!! Great game to play every so often.
