WAS fun, until Paradox brutally muffled every single player complaint about their 2.0 "balancing" and went forward with their ill-advised changes anyway. If you like painfully slow hyperlane chokepoint barricades, war exhaustion on your pugnacious races that forces them to declare peace, and a complete inability to go back and experience the modes that existed before, then sure, you'll probably still enjoy this version of this game.
