Phenomenal game, absolute cinema.
I'd expect a casual playthrough to take around 30-40 hours just for the story itself, with there being plenty of stuff to do and discover even before starting NG+, which apparently adds even more stuff to unlock. I have completed it playing mostly on Expert difficulty in around 33-34 hours.

Amazing narrative design, believable characters and authentic conversations.
Devs didn't just follow trends, they carved out their own path. The game and story are unpredictable, every character is uniquely designed and plays differently, the visuals are stunning and cinematic, the music is beautiful and the humour on point. Expert difficulty can be really challenging, since you can easily get one-shot.

The gaming industry should take a good, hard look at what Sandfall Interactive achieved here and learn the right things from it. THIS is how you tell stories and make a fun game.

Definitely a GOTY contender, if not winner (for me it is as of writing this).

This is one of those games that are rare to get even in a decade of releases.
