Great game but performance still suffers in patch 1.3 so cant recommend it to anyone

My specs are
cpu: Ryzen r7 5800x
gpu: nvidia rtx 2080 super
ram: 48GB
game is on an nvme ssd

Edit:
Patch 1.9
still seeing extremly high cpu usage that prevents game from running properly
now using a rtx 4090 but other then that same specs

Can not recommend this game when its still this buggy and paid dlc was announced so probelly never getting fixed
