vanripper delivering peak once again.

I played the entire campaign on hard from the get go, the last 4 levels were very challenging but rarely it felt like it was the game screwing me over.

The game is good, it's beatable in under 2h if you get into the flow of it, and OOZES charm and love.

Also Mittsies made the OST, so we eating good

very low maintenance game, you can just fish while you're browsing the web-ohhhhhhh I get it now

I kept looping and ended up dying 2h into a run thanks to a random enemy bypassing oneshot protection by using a DoT.

10/10 game, would recommend

Highly recommend it.
the characters are all adorable, the gameplay loop is very nice even with a couple of hiccups that I'm sure will be ironed out (they are already doing it), the story is simple but charming and the devs actually listened to the feedback the players gave.

Buy it, buy it twice just to support them

The game is pretty fun, it shows that this is someone's first projects thanks to technical limitations like the options and the exit buttons being present only while in a level and not on the main screen, the sounds being kinda too loud, the restart key being binded to P (?) and so forth, but I think they are more charming than annoying.

For the gameplay, if you saw the trailer you already saw the gameplay loop. Fill your inventory in the best way possible and you are good to go. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the fact that you had to eat hurting stuff just so you could heal up, which kinda goes against the idea of maximizing your healing sources. I would've made it so you had to keep them out of your bp or adding an item that makes them edible again to then use for healing, because it feels bad to use a full heal just so I can heal from a green egg I ate to make space. Also, having a book on the bottom left that you can open to see recipes for gunpowder would've been a very welcome feature.

The game will last you approximately 1 hour, which is the sweet spot for games nowadays and for 3 bucks it will be more worth than most triple A games.

Sound wise, the sound for moving the mouse around can become pretty grading very fast, so much that I muted it after the second puzzle, but it is a matter of tastes. Music wise, having only 1 track looping isn't the best, but you can easely mute it and put some of your stuff on the background, so it isn't inherently a bad thing.


Overall, I liked it, I hope the dev will expand on this and release a fully fledged version of this with more puzzles, more mechanics and a maximizer meter to show how well you sorted your resources

I found out this game exists thanks to NL, now I can't stop playing on my phone during my lunch breaks. Thanks egg daddy and thanks Team Wood for making one of the best autobattlers I played in a long ass time

short but very fun and lovable game, the protagonist is the chaddest protagonist I've ever seen in my life.
10/10 I wish I paid a couple of bucks for this.

I love this game.

I was born too late for the original one, so I never had a chance to truly play it, but I had a ton of fun with this one.

The game is simple but fun. you can jump, pogo jump and golf your way throught the levels. There is a ton of secret gems lying around that will make you check every square of the levels and a couple of secrets in every level.

Also, if I remember correctly, this game has the last voiceover of the best english $crooge voice actor that has existed yet, so it would be worth it only for that.
