regarding my audio gear

yes they're pricey but they're an investment as I was introduced to the audiophile space after buying AKG m220 pro, I love that can cause it gave an amazing sound stage and a balance audio curve (true to-life quality) however after 8 years of love and care the cable gave up and died on me, sure I could have bought a replacement but the build of gunk and grime over the years even with monthly cleaning and yearly deep cleaning (dissembled and cleaned) I thought it was time for an upgrade. the HE-X4 has a better sound stage due to its nature being a planar magnetic tho its bass is terrible. so I bought the Noir 99 for my other needs though I rarely listen lossless media format as spotify is too convenient for music discovery, for movies and audio books though? its the best as most movies use FLAC and amazon has an option to use FLAC.

TLDR: audiophile gear is better for gaming in terms of build and sound quality.
