Had the game since release day and after a good few hundred hours playing and getting a good feel of the game, i can easily say that this is a very fun and addictive game for strategy lovers or to just simply pass time. But as I have a rather average PC I would say that the game could potentially be optimised a little more as in some cases, low FPS is a problem.
Sometimes in cases like thunderstorms, my FPS could drop to as low as 15 FPS.

But overall with that set aside, I could easily rate this game an 8.5/10!

Because of the base aspect of the game and the strategy involved as the player has to not only build a kingdom with defences, but they have to manage the amount of food the peasants are getting to make sure they do not starve to death and also keeping up with materials and making sure water is easily accessible in case of random fires which could potentially ruin an important building.

The vikings are a challenge, however once players get the hang of the game and how it works, they will be nothing more than fun to watch as they "attempt" an attack on your kingdom and fail hard, only being able to possibly damage a first wall, But careful because the further on in the game you get, the more vikings will come and also some other enemies.

If players do not want to stress the fact of fighting off vikings and simply want to relax and build a nice little kingdom, there is just the right option for that. Personally I do prefer to play peacefully as i am not too fond of being raided by the vikings, although they are not too hard to defend against, I am however a more relaxed gamer and would rather build without any threats and just peaceful gameplay.

As I said, I will rate this game a reasonable 8.5/10, simply because of the occasional FPS drops I experience.

Fun game. Although it is hard to get the gist of the game mechanics and how you are able to survive long periods of time. One you get used to the game, it does get very enjoyable but occasionally you will get the odd person in the game that always wants to kill you even if you're a fresh spawn. Sadly, the game isn't getting very much attention and there are few populated servers with over 30-40 people online.
After getting a proper taste and feel of he game, I will give it an 8/10 primarily because of the population. Once this game starts to get a but more noticed and people give the it a shot. The servers will be alot more enjoyable and you and your friends can start to enjoy the game on a whole new level competing with others.

Surprisingly a very good game! Extremely addicting vary friendly community and in my eye, this should not be a free to play game.
