Cute and fun little game with an ending.

Being a fan of incremental games it would have been fun if it was possible to keep on going till the infinite, evergrowing, but the ending itself was also pretty neat.

Lacked a bit of depth at one point, where it became slightly monotonous, but at that point it was also easy enough to rush further in. Would be cool to see some updates, but well worth the current price.

Some hiccups on the launch, but with the work done afterwards that's beyond acceptable.

Blast of a game, everything is made to be EPIC. A great gameloop with fun mechanics. Sadly not a game to play alone, but I have personally only played with a single friend and we've still had a literal blast. 10/10

107. 107 hours of playtime is where I landed at upon completion of this game. I may have "lost" a few hours leaving it up in the background, but nothing insane. Hopping from mission to mission. 107 hours. Is the story great? Yeah, it was way better than expected. Was the game as smooth as could be? Both yes and no.

This is the first game where I have truly felt weak. Where the opponent wasn't just some creature artificially too strong to be defeated. In this game I have been chased, underprepared and weakened, by hordes of hundreds of "freakers". I have felt the thrill of a real chase happening in an open world, a real addictive rush. And upon learning how to defeat them, starting in the small with a couple dozens, I have grown to take on hundreds. But never once have I felt truly overpowered. Never once have I gone up against a horde with the knowledge I were to come out victorious. The teachings of the beginning, the dangers of the night, I have stayed away. Still now I feel it, this is not my world.

When it, however, comes to mechanics and the game running properly... there have been bugs. Only once have I crashed to the desktop, and never have the bugs been truly game-breaking rather than immersion-breaking. There is a noticeable lack of character-assets and I have seemingly saved the same guy, from the same car, multiple times. Voicelines are somewhat limited and often-times repeated. Sometimes I would find myself doing a few things and muffling the voicelines to myself, as it was said, due to how often they would come up. But was it enough to break the game? No, not once.

Would I recommend it? Yes, and I already have. I have kept eyes on this game for a fair bit of time. Never really daring to pull the trigger. Afraid of it being something akin to Horizon Zero Dawn and Death Stranding. But it is not. It is one of the more frightening, grip-taking and story-telling games where you truly have to fight for your own survival.

The game is fun, although confusing. A little wonk in the movements, but nothing you can't get around.

My only gripe is that the tutorial doesn't seem to really teach you what you're doing and you'll have to hop into a session with uptowards of a hundred players and just start trying to play. Bit of an issue when you're not exactly capable of differentiating between friend and foe. Sorry Billy!

Steep learning curve aside, fun experience with quick skirmishes.

- Banished in new flair
- Radioactivity is basically "winter", the protective gear can be similarized to Banished's regular clothes
- Exploration is cool
- Exploration introduces research utensils to progress in research tree, these are not cool
- Research Tree is heavily slowed by your exploration progress, 5 utensils, 2 of which are worthless, awful mechanic
- Warehouses say nothing of how much storage they have, seemingly each material also varies
- This variation makes it impossible to maintain proper production lines when you require some food (eg. wheat) to create other things (eg. beer), overproduction for future population and trades is effectively punished
- Trade mechanic is broken. You want to be loved? Give each trader one piece of the most worthless item they like (eg. a piece of wood) and they will adore you with special trades. Maintain bare minimum within "fair trade" box, which could be hundreds of ounces of food to fill, and never lose status
- "Tasks" provided by the settlers are sometimes new, most of the time just what you already have (which could be a non-issue) +1 of something, typically employees

As others have said, this is a fun game, worth it on a sale for $10 or less, but it's pure torture-mechanics.

Oh, and if you kill a thousand people to get more kids than adults (achievement), nobody will bat an eye that they are suddenly wading through, well, a thousand people.

A good game hindered only by the graphics you see on the cover. Flip the book open and peek inside, bring a few friends and it'll be a thrilling experience.

10/10, would be 1v5 and couch-gamed by dead squads again.

Would sit defenceless in a tiny submarine while a monster the size of the statue of liberty swims past again.

Cities: Skylines is... ...Well, good.

At the current 75% sale it's more than worth it, and even at its regular price it is almost a bargain.

If you're into simulation and city-building, near puzzles at times, then City: Skylines is a great game. Throw in a couple DLCs and you can have plenty of time. It has a great replay value since there is always a ton of different tactics you can pull with multiple different maps.

Easy workshop usage and a interface that lets even I edit the buildings.

Cities: Skylines is a definite recommendation.
