Total War, need i say more?!

I apologize for the length of this, but i assure you, if you take the time to look through, you will see something very intresting. I am a customer of ark survival evolved, and have nearly 900 hours logged into the game now, however something happened earlier in the week on OfficialServer363 that makes me contemplate my choice in playing this game, and I want to make sure other to-be customers know exactly what they pay for when they are purchasing the game. So basically, our server was invaded by a group of chinese hackers, and we took numerous footage and sent it to the devs in any way we saw imaginable, and in the end, all that happened was a verbal warning given by the devs to turn of hacks, and nothing else. I am going to send you the links to our evidence, and even the devs response so you can see for yourself the injustice committed and so that hopefully you can spread the word so that maybe the devs will be forced to do their job.

(This is a link to a steam discussion from people on our server, even those who werent in our tribe complaining about the hacks, and the lack of response from the devs, it was locked by nubsly, a dev, and was responded to by TheRightHand, another Dev, saying they will investigate further, but that hasnt happened, and I dont really see how any more proof, or investigation is required)

In response, a moderator spawns a dragon and flies to their base, only to give them a mere verbal warning

Finally, we have attempted to share our story on reddit, and it was picking up steam and the youtube video was gaining increasing views and attention, however a moderator from https://www.reddit.com/r/playark/ ended up deleting the post.

Once again, I apologize for the length, but I encourage you to take a look at it as it shows a clear injustice done to us, a tribe who spent weeks gathering, farming, and taming, only to have it all taken away from us from a group of hackers who are to this moment unpunished for their cheating. We went through all the official channels, sending numerous emails and filling out multiple reports on surivetheark.com without any real response. The devs claim that they have 0 tolerance towards hacking and cheating, but they give the hackers a second chance? Well that is clearly not the case here.
