I have a very soft spot in my heart for this game. It honestly got me through some tough years of my life. I had a lot of fun with it and it's nice to see it still around in modern days!

I'm still learning the ins and outs of aseprite but woah mama it's got some real potential. Very nice developer too, he helped me out with a bug I was having a while back.

Fun but challenging, it pisses you off enough that defeat sucks, but it makes you want to keep playing.

An open letter to Mr. Wolfram von Funck:

Hello Wollay. I patiently waited 6 years for you to finish this game. I had a blast with the alpha version, like many other people who have been playing this game. As of writing, it has been about 2 weeks since you have released this game and you have been radio silent on its issues.

This is not acceptable behavior.

I understand that you have problems with depression and anxiety; I struggle with that myself. You likely understand why people have an issue with this version of your game. I won't go into the myriad of issues that it has, other reviews have done that already. My problem is that you have displayed that you have no intention of fixing this product, so I'm going to point out the #1 biggest most important thing you should do at this point:

Take responsibility, Wollay.

You have demonstrated with this recent hiatus and with the initial 6 year hiatus that you do NOT intend to take responsibility for what has happened to this game. I understand that people do awful things like DDoS websites and etc., but is the appropriate response to that just to run and hide?

You are a coward.

Not all hope is lost, however. Please, Wollay, don't give up on us. Don't give up on this game. Cube World as it is now has potential. Like I mentioned before, the most important thing you can do right now is take responsibility for what has happened to Cube World and demonstrate that you care about it as well as the people who play it and want it to succeed. You CAN turn this around. There are plenty of examples out there of games that had rough launches that have ended up being decent to good games.

Of course many people will point to No Man's Sky as an example. Sean Murray was silent for a while, and No Man's Sky turned out to be better because of it for the most part. Perhaps this is the route you are taking?

You can see why I am not optimistic about this theory. You have demonstrated with the 6 year hiatus why I have very little faith that this is the case.

Please, prove me wrong, please take responsibility for Cube World, please prove that you are not a coward and that you still care about your "passion project."

I sincerely hope you take my words to heart, though they may be a bit harsh.

Thank you for reading.

-Someone who wants Cube World to succeed.

Faithful to the original game, and lots of fun to play. Definitely worth $20.

Three times better than Mighty No. 9.

I don't want to lambast Keiji Inafune, I respect what he has done for Mega Man. However, Capcom has proven they don't need him to make a Mega Man game.

All of the challenging, platforming, shooting action is there. Graphics are nice. English voice acting is bleh. Music is good. It's a solid game and a very solid entry into the Mega Man series.

One thing to note, I noticed a few performance problems. Some lag here and there. I want to blame Denuvo, but I honestly don't know if it's what's causing it.

♥♥♥♥ you Anti-Eddie you little bastard I hate you so much dkasghjsakfjhbj
