Overally game works good. As good as back in the day. Except it might have some kind of memory leak because after playing for more than 30 minutes it becomes slow and sluggish. Restart usually helps. So no long sessions for me.

As for the gameplay - pretty solid stuff. Fallout 1&2 -ish gameplay with interesting craft and improvement system.

Sweet taste of a masterpiece game made bitter by DLC.

Base game world is big and rich, DLC world is big but rather poor. Dungeons and crypts are scarce, different than it was in base game. It's more focused on legacy dungeon type areas which are fairly good, but surrounded by plains of empty world.

A stupid way of artificially increased difficulty ("just crank enemy damage to eleven, time for CS"). I'm managing to progress with the DLC, but i know folks who praised that Elden Ring was more accessible than Souls games which made them fall in love with it and DLC is not really what they expected.

Story, lore and setting is great in both settings.

Elden Ring - 10/10
Shadow of the Erdtree - 7/10 (-3 for empty world and mindless difficulty level)

Do i recommend it?
Base game - yeah, totally.
DLC - yes, but only if you like Dark Souls games, otherwise i'd suggest to wait for discount and make it a bit lighter on the wallet experience.

Bit frustrating sometimes, some frags on me seems unreal, maybe due to cheats, maybe due to lags, bo otherwise it's really cool to play few games from time to time. Playing with friends greatly recommended.
