EDIT: WE ARE SO BACK, SONY AND THEIR PSN ACCOUNT CAN SUCK IT

I love this game and its community, it's provided me some of the greatest stress-free fun in the past several months, and because I love the community and players so much, I stand by them. I have the agency to create a PSN account without violating any kind of ToS but I have no interest in doing so. I don't want to lose so many other fellow Helldivers because they aren't as "lucky" as me to have access to the PSN. (I put that in quotations because one's probably better off without PSN in their life). I don't care that Sony has technicality and legality on their side with the warnings of needing a PSN account, they still set a precedent from release until now by not enforcing PSN account linking as well as selling the game globally (66% of countries don't even have PSN). Why change what's good??? We have control over our own lobbies and putting my information eggs in the basket of Steam AND Sony doesn't make my data safer, it puts it at higher risk. I will fix this review once Sony has made amends on this issue.

Don't let my in-game hours deceive you, I stopped using the steam client to play this game less than halfway through my time playing. I've easily broken 10-12k hours. I love this game and have played it for nearly a decade and given Gaijin more money than I'd like to admit, but the problem is I've never felt like the time and money I've invested into this game has resulted in having a voice. Gaijin doesn't listen to anything the players have to say unless they can turn it on us or exploit it for more profit. I've never played another game that's so aggressively monetized and anti-consumer than War Thunder yet here I am, still with it, which I hope conveys how great the game in and of itself is, being condemned and ruined by the greedy and exploitative company that is Gaijin Entertainment. Tired of years of ramping micro-nerfs (mostly to the economy) with a constant gaslight that "you players just don't understand what we're trying to do, everything we do is solely in the interest of the game and the community"

This game is amazing, I don't have any problems running it. It can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be which is nice because it allows me to chill or tryhard. Time flies when you get into the game, what you think is gonna be a 20 minute project is actually a 2 hours project but it feels like 10 minutes. Their is so much posibility in this game which means it will never get old.

The game is extremely broken with so many bugs, yet I still wanna play it. Everytime I play I only play one match before being done with the brokenness of the game. Pretty bad game right now, but I think if they fix it, it will be good.
