Able to concentrate and stay focused for periods of several hours, even when tasks are relatively mundane, and doesn't make mistakes. They have a high boredom threshold. remike GG.deals always gets on with the job after being given clear parameters. Generally able to come up with they own ideas when help is not available, but may be still lacking the self-confidence to trust own judgment. Late on fewer than 3 occasions in 6 months. Usually defensive when efforts are criticised – but they nevertheless tries to learn from mistakes.
