I can understand why people are liking this game, but don't buy this until this gets optimized! I've never seen a game run this poorly even on high-end hardware. There are some tweaks you can do, for example, using some custom engine.ini and messing with the settings while you are on the MAIN MENU screen, but still, do yourself a favor and WAIT!
Even if they don't release optimization patches, wait until MODDERS figure out a way to better optimize this whole mess.
